Batch High Shear Mixer - Multimix Batch High Shear Mixer
The industrial size High Shear Mixers are specially designed for all emulsion and dispersion applications in a wide range of industries such as creams, waxes, polishing agents, dispersing of dyes, polymer emulsions and many more. All units are interchangeable with disperser and paddle mixers. Possible volume for batch operations are from 100 to 5000 liters.
The main advantages are:
- Production of fine emulsions within minutes with “V” type rotor/stator
- Elimination of “Fish Eyes” within minutes with “V” type rotor/stator
- Production of fine dispersions of up to 50,000 cps viscosity
- Achievement of less than 50 microns for premixed dispersion with “V” type rotor/stator
